5.7 liter 350 cu in tune port, rust free, nicely restored 68,000 original miles!
Description
I grew up when these cars were new and have always loved the way they looked, for the 80's this was about as good as it got! Since I was farm boythat couldn't afford one of these cars in high school I was always on the lookout for one that was a solid foundation to start with. I say all that because let's be honest, these weren't the best built cars GM ever made so I definitely wasn't going to start with something rusted out or hot rodded, I'm not sure how you'd resurrect a car with skeletons in its closet like those. So I purchased this car with an incredible 68,000 original miles and have been investing money into it almost nonstop since. It has a very expensive paint job on it that people have said is "perfect" but there's no such thing as perfect, I also had the under hoodinsulationreplaced at that time. It does have some very minor imperfections in the paint but you have to hunt for them. The interior is very nice but original interior so please keep your expectations appropriate, I had every bit of the air conditioning replaced, (that bill was painful), one of the power motors for the headlights failed so that was replaced, the tires are probably 70%+, the power door locks work great, the power windows work as you'd expect, the power mirrors work on both sides, all directions, it even has the rare overhead console along with the desirable5.7 tune port motor. The gold lace wheels are in very good condition the windows do have minor scratching on them as they're original, it handles well, shifts well, sounds great and drives strong. I'm selling it to help make a land purchase so I need to raise a little extra cash. This is a wonderful car that you'll really enjoy, so I want to be totally transparent about this car. I don't want someone purchasing it and then be upset because it's not what they imagined it to be. I've pictured the flaws, mentioned the shortcomings and would strongly encourage anyone that's interested to come and take a look and drive the car, or send a friend or an inspection service whatever you need to feel good about purchasing this car. I have considerably more in the car than the buy it now so I know this is a really good deal. Please ask anything you'd like, ask for any pictures you'd like, I'll accommodateany request you have to ensure you're well educated and know what the car is, and what it is not. Please remember this is not 1987, it's 2017 so it is a thirty year old car, if you want a new car then you might look at a new car, this one is definitely not new, it's a very original car in wonderful condition but far from new. Sold as is, where is, $250 deposit due at auction end and balance due in 7 days or upon pick up whichever comes first. Thanks for looking!
