1978 Trans Am WS6 W72 L78 Y90 4 Speed T-Top Super Duty A/C PW PL G80 Possi 342

Description

1978 T/A. This is a Gold car that someone painted black. This car has the most options that I have seen on one. WS6, L78, W72, Y90, 4 speed, T top, A/C, PW, PL, Tilt Steering, HD or Super Duty suspension etc. The car will need a complete restoration inside and out. The engine is a date correct W72 YA engine. I was told that it will start but it is week and will need to be rebuilt. Transmission is Super T Ten rock crusher with Hurst shifter. Rear is 342 Possi. Car has the Y90 Lombardy cloth trim. Rockers look good. Wheel houses look good except for a half dollar size spot in the right rear. Trunk has a couple of small rust spots. Filler panel between trunk and back glass needs replaced. Trunk lip under filler panel needs a small repair. Area around back glass right and left will need repairs. Right front fender has rust on the bottom due to sitting with a flat tire for a long time. The bottom of both doors look good but both doors will need new door skins. Lower quarters look good. Right Quarter has a blister at bumper interface. Floors look pretty good. Right front is a little soft. Hood is good. Console is missing. Brackets along with alt and power steering is missing. Shaker base, radiator, raditor support, shroud, Fan, A/C comp and Evap are all in the car. T Top has rust issues. New not rebuilt $550.00 carbureator. Once again this car will need a complete restoration but what a beauty it will be when it is done. Look at the original build sheet that has been laminated. The car is loaded.
