1972 Pontiac GTO 455 HO Ram Air High Output 1 of 325 RARE PHS Docs LS5 Judge
Description
Here is a 1972 Pontiac GTO that is a PHS documented 455 HO! 72 GTO's are one of the rarest with just over 5000 produced. This car with it's 455 HO drivetrain from the factory is 1 of 325 ever produced Making it more rare than a 71 JUDGE (357 produced)!
I have owned this car for many years and it has been a special part of my collection but it is time to let it go. I will attempt to tell you as much as I can about the car and I encourage you to ask questions, come take a look, send someone to take a look or whatever you need to do in order to make sure that you know what you are buying and are happy with your purchase of a very rare car.
Car was sold new at Know Olds/Pontiac in Lumberton North Carolina. Overall the body on this car appears to be in pretty good shape and you can tell that it was not a Northern car. This is a restoration project. You will need to trailer this car. It does not run or drive and the brakes do not work.
Car was painted before I purchased it so I am unsure of what metal/body work has been done. However I have owned this car since the early 2000's and it looks pretty much the same way now as it did then. The original drivetrain was long gone when I purchased the car.I have sourced 2 different engines that I can put the buyer in touch with if they choose to want to build a 455 HO engine for the car. I will assist in helping get it loaded on your trailer. Possible delivery within Ohio and possible surrounding states for reasonable rates. Feel free to call me at 614-563-0877 but please no calls after 10pm EST
