1962 PONTIAC CATALINA SAFARI WAGON VERY RARE AND LOADED WITH OPTIONS

Description

This is a very rare 1962 Pontiac Catalina safari station wagon it’s loaded with factory original options . It has factory air-conditioning that works it has power steerin, power brake, power windows including electric rear window and all are working. It has factory eight lug aluminum wheels with radial tires that are in very good shape it has a factory under the hood light that still works.It has Door edge mouldings, original roof rac, pushbutton wonder bar radi, speed minder, cold engine light,headlight dimmer, remote mirror, working power front seat,etc. This car starts,runs,drives,and stops very well. The carburetor was just rebuilt. It has a recently installed dual exhaust system. The doors and jambs are very nice. It has only surface rust on the floors and frame. The paint is original and has lots of patina. The interior could use a headliner and dash pad.The front seat has some splits. The back seat is really nice. The door panels are pretty good. The carpets are very nice except for one tear by the drivers door. The locks all work well. This is a very rare Safari station wagon .probably the only one in existence with these options. It’s in incredibly solid condition with original paint on almost all of the car. You could leave it just the way it is and enjoy it, or it’s a great start for an easy cosmetic restoration. They are only original once. If it doesn’t sell I’ll be happy to keep it in my collection.
