Description

1971 Pontiac Lemans t-37. Butler built 462 with ross pistons, eagle rotating asembly Custom grind flat tappet mechanical camshaft. Custom built( butler) edelbrock heads. Have all paperwork. Backed by a built turbo 400 trans with a B&m nitrous hole shot converter- (no I dont run nitrous). the end of the drive line sets a curry ford 9" with 350 gears(spool). Doug headers with 3" pypes mufflers & has a x pipe in the system.I have updated to power disc brake conversion. The car runs the 1/8 mile in 7.28 @95 m.p.h.never jetted etc... u have choice of fitech fuel injection system ot the current holly 1000hp carb--- so u want a street car-EASY PEASY... replace the spool with a posi, install a wiper motor & arms, remove the fuel cell & replace the gas tank, replace the slicks with decent street rubber & poof u gt a street car again. The car is running faster than the 7.5 time, so the rules require the car be "caged" & I will not cage such a nice car & have moved to a s-10 strip only build. There are fewer of these cars left & I personally cant see caging this car-it's way to nice, with that said if it is sent back to the street u got a 11 second 1/4 mile solid street car. The body is very solid, 1x very small area in the trunk that has a group of 8-10 pin holes(3x3" area) It would be best to instant message me here on ebay to answer any questions. come look at it, serious buyer, I will take it on the road for a test drive with u as passenger. can possibly deliver with in 300 mile radius as well. asking $18,000. possible if it works, click this facebook url for a viewing of a race between my son's 700h.p. monte carlo against the pontiac. the pontiac leaps out 1 car on the start & the 700 h.p. monte closes the gap at the last 60 foot. https://www.facebook.com/ukulele.200/videos/2123535177886472/ (copy & paste this link to google, it should take u to my page to see it.)
