Description

This 1972 Grand Prix is is in nearly perfect shape mostly unrestored original condition, minus a couple of upgrades. This Grand Prix was built and sold in Atlanta and comes with all manuals, original warranties brochures, and some records. It was one of the featured cars at Caffeine and Octane in Atlanta last week. If you don’t know C&O, it is the largest car show in the country and is a TV show on the “Velocity” network.

This car looks, runs, and drives like a dream. It has the numbers matching 400c.i. motor with TH400 tranny. Recently added parts include: new master cylinder, sway bar bushings and end links, AC Delco spring-over heavy duty shocks, spark plugs, and new custom exhaust that sounds amazing. The interior is absolutely perfect, barring a small, barely noticeable tear in the headliner that is hidden by the shoulder belt. It still has the original AM radio. The only thing that the car needs is a new compressor. The clutch locked up on it last week. The blower motor and controls all work fine. The only rust, besides a little surface stuff, is under the vinyl top corners and one small spot on the A-pillar. No holes anywhere, just a couple of bubbles.

As stated earlier, the car has only 70,000 original miles and doesn't leak a drop of anything. The paint is also in great shape, minus a chip and a ding or two. In my opinion, the white/black color combo is the most appealing on this car. I truly feel that this is one of the nicest, most original Grand Prix’s for sale anywhere. This car was an estate sale car and the executors could not find the title. Also, Georgia will not issue a new title after 1985. It will be sold with bill of sale and current registration.
