Description
WellI'msure no expert on Pontiac's, but Iacquiredthis 1963 Bonneville from an elderly friend of mine. Here's what I can tell you and as Honestly as I know it...He bought this car 6 or 7 years ago and had bigplansto fix it up, in retirement.Health issueschangedall that. The engine was all rebuilt and is very powerful. However avalve rocker stud came loose and the car got parked away intostoragefor the last 5 years or more. The car has a 4 speed transmission as well as a duel exhaust system, and the H.O. 8 lug Kelsey Hayes wheels and the aluminum brak set up.It's a 2 door Hardtop with bucket seats. This car is what I call a "barn Find" It's dirty from storage, but just as Ireceivedit.Someone with moremechanicalskillsthanmyself, could have it up and going againinfairlyshortorder?I have a clear and openColoradotitle for it.
This Pontiac is 54 years old and being sold as-is.My opening bid is $2,500 with no reserve.(it needs a new home and it can't stay here).
I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the bestthanbedisappointedin any way.The car has some typical rust, but the floors, trunk, engine compartment, etc. are excellent. The car had avinyltoporiginally.
I have tried to takegoodpictures so you can see its overall condition. It's sure not perfect andsomewhatof a project, but would make a neat daily driver, or perhaps be acandidatefor a restoration one day.I can't imagine finding a neater old stylePontiacmusclecarwith the 8 lug wheels like this for the price.
I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was when it came my way.I think that the next owner will be very pleased with it.
I am honest and dependable, and the winning bidder can count on my help for an easy and smooth transaction...Thanks.Terms of sale...I can not ship.....
