Description

Hello to all eBayers!I have been with eBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, I’m liquidating my collection since I’m selling my warehouse. Are you an old vehicles connoisseur looking for classic/vintage vehicles without having to pay luxury prices? You are in the...right place! I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so I sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. I bought this vehicle with the intention of bringing it to California to add to my collection. This 1970 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE is located in a Copart facility in 110 EAST PALATINE ROAD, WHEELING, IL 60090. I tried to sell it on Copart, but this vehicle is a classic, clean title vehicle. You can buy this vehicle on Ebay or through Copart by becoming a member. This vehicle has a clear Missouri Title. If you need to get a CA title for this vehicle, I can help you with that for an additional fee.1970 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE CONVERTIBLE WITH THE ORIGINAL 455 NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINEThe Pontiac Bonneville was an automobile built by Pontiac from 1957 to 2005. Bonnevilles were full-sized, with the exception of a brief period of mid-size between 1982-86. The brand was introduced as a limited production performance convertible during the 1957 model year. The Bonneville (known as the Parisienne in Canada until 1981), and its platform partner, the Grand Ville, are some of the largest Pontiacs ever built; in station wagon body styles they reached just over 230 inches (5.8 m) long, and at 5,000 pounds (2,300 kg) and more were also some of the heaviest cars produced at the time.Fourth generation (1965–1970) For 1965, All GM "B" body cars were dramatically restyled. Swooping rooflines, rakish fender lines and the "Coke bottle" profile contributed to making one of the most popular body styles ever produced. The Bonneville got the new styling, with plenty of bright trim on the lower body sides and on the rear deck. Inside, new upholstery and instrumentation were featured.MechanicalAll the major components including the 455 engine, turbo 400 transmission, and paint are all original to this vintage classic. This Bonneville is in very good daily driver condition. The 455 engine was completely rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago. At the time of rebuilt there was a new water pump installed, all new belts and hoses. The exhaust system is completely new from front to back with Flowmaster mufflers, so this land yacht really sounds cool behind the new chrome exhaust tips. The air conditioning is all hooked up including a new belt. I've never tried the AC, so it may blow ice cold. The AC compressor looks new as well. The odometer has rolled over once, so the correct mileage is 121,807. This original Pontiac 455/360 horsepower cubic inch engine is as close to the way it rolled out of the factory on to the showroom floor. The car starts right up and runs incredible and handles great. This car has full set of four brand new P225 75/R15" inch Goodyear raised white lettered tires on a set of four 15" inch Pontiac Rally Wheels with all four center caps, all four beauty trim rings, and the correct Pontiac black dot lug nuts. This convertible drives down the road like a dream boat and gets lots of thumbs up. It has none of the rattles that the old convertible's often do. Exterior This particular Convertible came in the very popular Verdoro Green that was used on many Pontiac models between 1967 and 1970. Paint is believed to be mostly all original outside of a few minor touch up spots. Car had never been in any accidents with the exception of the ding in the right front fender and a small spot on the left rear other than that no signs of it ever being hit other than what I described. I believe all of the body panels are original to this car. The bumpers look to be in nice condition, but to make the car stellar they could use a refinishing. Both doors close with the sound of 1970. The fender skirt for the passenger side is included in the trunk, but missing one piece lower chrome rocker trim on the passenger side. The California boot cover that goes over the top when the top is down is attached to the top of the back seat and appears to be the original cover. The floors are solid and frame is in great condition. The trunk floor is also in good original condition. The sides of the trunk still have the original side cardboard formations. That's how original this car still is. The original jack and crow bar were restored and sit on the trunk mat. The trunk also carries a full size Pontiac rally wheel with a newer spare tire that actually holds air. InteriorThe interior is all original and appears to be in good condition for its age. There are no cracks on the dash pad. All of the seat belts are still in place. The original AM/FM stereo is currently not hooked up. All the gauges and lights work.THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO OWN THIS GREAT CLASSIC!SOLD AS IS WHERE IS!Please note, I want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
