1973 PONTIAC FIREBIRD ESPIRIT/FORMULA 400 cloneHas a 350/350 with power steering and power disc brakes. AC is all there but does not operate. Car has a factory FORMULA 400 hood and a factory Trans Am rear spoiler. Body is unmolested, all body panels are original except the hood and the left fender. Hood was replaced with factory 400 hood by meand left fender was replaced with a new old stock OEM fender by the prior owner ( Fender was not accident damaged but was dented and pryed on by the original owner for some reason.) Car runs/drives/steers/stops...all fluids and filters replaced-engine-trans-rear end. All lights works. Floor pans and trunk pan is virtually rust free-ZERO rust out in pans or body-no patch panels ever. Car was inside a garage since 1995. New windshield installed, new front and rear tires, old school five spoke aluminum wheels 14" frontsand 15" rears. Dual exhaust front to rear. Very little body work will be needed, only one poor quality repaint-original color was dark blue metallic. Interior will need to be redone, no carpet or headliner. Seats are torn and upper door panel are torn-lowers are nice. Dash is cracked. Clean CA title, registered and insured. Super solid west coast body/floors/sub-frame/etc...you are money ahead buying this body as there will be no rust repair to the floors/qtrs./rockers/doors/or fenders. VERY minor rust on left rear glass channel on the side of the sail panel. Front bumper needs help but it is repairable. Serious bidders only. Car has to go as I have TOO many and not enough space. No warranty implied. Great opportunity to restore a solid car and have it ready to show with little time/money spent. Front grills are included, just not on the car at the time of photos. Have new door lock cylinders and keys, ignition lock and cylinder is also new. Has a new alternator, fan clutch, recored radiator, new water pump, new tune up-needs carb cleaned out/adjusted from being idle for so many years, new inside rear view mirror, no spare tire/wheel.
