1975 Pontiac trans am 455 HO 4 speed, 1 of 857 made. Cold AC
Description
Thank you for looking at my 1975 Pontiac 455 HO Trans AM. This is one of 857 455 HO cars built in 1975. I have pwned this car for about 5 years and the previous owner owned it for 12. I was told the miles are original and they do show on the title but I cannot verify that. This restoration is over 20 years old but it still shows well and with a little timing detailing it will be a nice cruise night car. I do have a complete decal kit that will go with the car if you wish to add the screaming chicken.
The body and paint still look nice. There is a small bubble in the corner of the passenger door and a few small bubbles on the passenger quarter panel. It is very solid throughout including around the rear window. The paint has some imperfections from over the years but still has a nice shine to it. Not sure if it had the bird originally or not. I will be ordering the PHS tomorrow to authenticate the car. The bottom of the car is still in nice shape and pretty solid throughout. THe car did have an old school alarm and it still has the lock mounted in the top of the driver fender.
The engine is not the original but it is a rebuilt 455 with about 5,000 miles on it. It is mostly stock with a mild cam, Fresh Quadrajet carb and a nice sounding Flowmaster exhaust. The transmission is original along with the shifter and rear. This car has highway gears in it so its not a screamer but a nice cruiser.
The interior is clean throughout. The dash is nice but the radio holes are cut. There is currently no stereo in it and it does have speakers mounted in the console. The seats are clean and comfortable. All of the gauges work properly as does the heat and ICE COLD AC. The car has manual locks and windows, Power steering and power disc brakes. The car also has its original Honeycomb wheels. The tires have good tread but are older.
I am a dealer but this is one of my personal cars that I will be listing. I have several others that will go on this week including a pro tour 1973 RS Z28, 1980 LS1 Trans Am, 1970 Buick GS Stage 1 4 speed convertible, 1972 GS Stage 1 4 speed Hardtop and a one family owned 1972 GS 350 convertible. I recently expanded my business and have to sell a few toys. That is the only reason these cars will be offered for sale. It is not a fire sale so please don't make silly low ball offers. If you have any questions please feel free to email me through Ebay and I will answer anything that you need to know as honestly as I can. I can help with discounted shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. Thanks for looking.
