All original 1968 Pontiac GTO
Description
Numbers matching (documented in 92)1968 GTO it is in great condition for a 50 year old car. Driven only during summer months, always stored inside. Interior is in great condition, it does need a new headliner. This car has always been stored inside and only driven during the summer. Never seen rain or snow. I bought it in 1992 from a collector in Kansas and have owned it since. I recently retired and wish to sell. It has WS motor 400/365 HP 4 speed PS/MB factory A/C hood tach seatbelt/shoulder harness package. It has 104k miles, timing gear and chain replaced when car was 6 months old, other than that, no engine or trans work. It has been my baby for the past 28 years and now it needs a new home. Give me a call, I will answer any and all questions. I have been asked three times now why the front clip does not line up. Actually I asked the same question when I bought the car. The second owner said he replaced the rubber cap in the late 80's and did not take the time to replace all the body clips correctly. Both of the companies that I had do an appraisal/inspections,(once before I bought the car, and then again after I bought it) confirmed this fact. I also took it to a body shop right after I bought it to confirm this, which he did. The body man said it would take about half a day to correct. Also, the down was supposed to be 10% and came up as 10 dollars.810-459-0874
