Description

Seller’s Description:

UNRESTORED - Well documented ORIGINAL SURVIVOR low original mileage (47,668 miles) Pontiac Firebird. Unmolested mostly original condition survivor car. Very nice Firebird with 1SA Option package: working AC/delay wipers/AM/AM Cassette radio/tilt/power closing hatch, more. Two tone paint, with stripe decor package. 5.0V8 throttle body fuel injection, rare 5 speed manual transmission. Sport tuned suspension, turbo cast aluminum wheels, clean car fax, HIGHLY MAINTAINED AND documented 2 owner car from Maryland (I appear to be the 3rd owner, 2nd owner had car for 26 years, I spoke to previous owner and car was garaged from day one. Interior is near mint, car has fully detailed engine bay and undercarriage.Body side panels are straight, paint is very nice given its age. I believe the front bumper, hood and rear spoiler have been touched up, with possibly all other paint being original. Drives like a new car. Spare tire is mint and appears to never have been out of the car. Call or email me for full description. No 3rd party solicitors. The 1980's Firebird's and Camaro's are getting hard to find in this original condition.Car sold as-is where is, no refunds, no warranty, or returns, it is up to buyer to inspect car in person prior to purchase if possible. While this is an excellent used car, it is not a 100 point trailer queen, nor is it high dollar to buy either. A great chance to own and enjoy at car shows and cruise nights, a well documented unrestored 1988 Firebird. I belong to the AACA car club, this car could easily run in the survivor class. All sales are final. My cell is 908-963-4854,Buyer pays all shipping and tax/motor vehicle fee's, etc.I have more documentation than is shown in the photo's Payment will be via wire transfer within 72 hours of auction end. $500 Paypal deposit within 24 hours. Disclosure: rug stain under one floor mat, horn works was professionally wired to dash mounted switch (no factory wiring was disturbed), headlights work, occasionally passenger side takes 2-3 turns to pop up,(motors were replaced a few years ago), rear hatch shade does not always retract. (I am trying to buy another shade). Replaced within the last few years: plugs, wires, fuel pump, alternator, exhaust from CAT back stock exhaust system, anti-freeze and brand new battery. I do have the original build sheet, an original set of keys and 2 extra sets. The AC does work.I can not guarantee all sheet metal is original - as I have not owned this car from new. It certainly looks like it is to me, but feel free to inspect this car.The original paint is very nice, maybe a 7 out of 10. Remember this is a 29 year old car with 47,000 miles. Expect some wear (in this case very minor)

GOOD LUCK BID TO WIN - check my feedback!
