Description

THIS IS A PROJECT, for sale is a mostly complete 1974 911 it appears to be originally a guards red car which has been converted to an all metal widebody with 930 bumpers, 10 years ago a gas line got hot and lit the back end on fire the undamaged sections of the car show very well and the workmanship of the original conversion was very good, all the body work is straight and was done well.
IMPORTANT: there is a 2.7 in place, the Crank move, and the heat shield on the top of the motor was intact and appears to have kept everything under it much cooler than the intake manifold which: one of the plenums melted and ended up dropping into one (1) of the cylinder heads which appears to be limiting the movement of the crank. The motor is in "unknown condition" but at the very least is a decent core, I have a good running 2.7 available and complete with injection system CD box and all accessories available for $5k on top of agreed auction price.I have a bunch of parts to help replace what was damaged in the fire including all damaged rubber gaskets for the Windows a rear 1/4 from a 964, tail light housings. A fiberglass turbo tail and lid. The original 930 headlights will be included in the sale NOT the 964 housings and rings pictured currently
All the glass in the car is intact and in good condition. The interior is complete and also in good condition, crank Windows power c2 seats.
The passenger floors have been patched by a previous owner and were not properly repaired to say the least. I have removed a lot of the compromised paint, body filled and metal to get a better idea of the extent of the damage
Suspension and brakes are complete, rear lines are compromised along with all of the linkages, lines, and hoses in the back end. This car is a project and sold with no warranty expressed or implied, I have done my best to provide a detailed description of the extent of the damage and show what I can in the pictures, I have over 100 detailed photos of this car please ask questions or ask for photos prior to making an offer or bidding contact Jay 802-355-1615 by text anytime or phone 8am-8pm EST
