1962 Porsche 356B T6 Cabriolet S, Fully Restored, Only 1,319 Miles Since Completion, Ivory Exterior, Bisquit Tan Leather Interior, 1.6L Type 616/12 B4 Flat 4-Cylinder Engine, 4-Speed Manual Transmission, All matching numbers with Porsche certificate of authenticity, The Porsche 356 was first produced as a collaboration between Volkswagen and Porsche in 1948 and ultimately became Porsche's first full production automobile. Originally designed as a lightweight and nimble-handling, rear-engine, rear-wheel drive, two-door sports car available in hardtop coupe and open cabriolet configurations. Since its inception, the 356 went through several variants with design and mechanical improvements and changes along the way. The 356B was put into production in 1959 and featured many styling and technical improvements from the previous ‘A' line. In 1962 Porsche unveiled the second variant the 356B T6 that featured twin engine lid grilles, a larger rear window in the coupe, among other improvements. Rosner Motorsports in excited to present this incredibly restored 1962 Porsche 356B T6 Cabriolet S. Finished in Ivory Exterior and color matched bumpers with chrome trim, chrome cap steel wheels, twin engine lid grilles, typical of a 356B Cabriolet. The interior is appointed in Bisquit tan leather and features a painted Ivory dash with VDO gauges and working AM/FM radio. A wood rimmed 3-spoke Nardi steering wheel, tan carpeting, and black and tan coco mats finish. The matching tan soft top is in like new condition and features a zip out soft rear window and matching tan canvas tonneau cover. Spare wheel, jack, and tool kit are intact and included with the vehicle.
