1986 Porsche 944 Turbo Fantastic Condition Zermatt Silver Metallic PPI done

This is a very well kept 944 Turbo in Zermatt Silver Metallic LY7Y. I got this car as payment on a business deal but I know the car since it was last bought in 2012. As you can it has been driven sparingly since 1996, as the first owner used it as a daily driver.When I got it I have put it through PPI including engine compression tests, one month ago. Results between 141 and 145 psi. There are no leaks on engine or transmission, transfer case, etc. Boot clamps are tight. Struts and shocks in good condition and not leaking. Rotors and pads with 80-90% life.
Body is in awesome condition, I would give it a 8.5-9/10. There is a dent close to the rear left taillight, a small peeling of the clear coat starting beneath the rear spoiler and one inside the vent of the front bumper. There are 2 rock chips close to the right side headlight.
Interior is 7.5-8, and that's because the driver seat bolster is worn and fading, but a good upholstery restorer will be able to dye it in no time. There are otherwise no rips or cracks. Rear seats and passenger seats are perfect. Original carpet Porsche mats. The dashboard, instrument cluster, steering wheel are in great shape. The leather lining is detaching behind the sunroof frame, but is not torn or damaged, can be easily reglued.
The car panels do not seem to have been repainted, it maybe had a clear coat applied on the lift gate. The front bumper may have been touched up or repainted as well because of this small clear coat peeling.
Engine and transmission run perfect. Recent oil, filters, brake fluid and coolant flush/replacement.
Car is 100% stock except for a Lindsey Racing waste gate valve and an aftermarket boost gauge below the radio.Owners manual and service manual are original and included. Two keys, one brand new with Porsche crest.
I have just replaced the 4 tires, have less than 200 miles on it. The car is in excellent shape overall and can be a daily driver or a leisure vehicle for anybody. It's a lot of car and Porsche engineering for little money. I don't have a chance to use or drive it, but I do not need the money, so please only serious inquires only.
