The tractor does not have a VIN for title purpose
It does not have an Odometer. We DO NOT know what the mileage may be.
Tractor is in poor condition and needs a full restoration or dismantled for parts. No Title. Farm and Construction Equipment in PA does not have a title.This tractor does not have a title.
The engine will not turn over. We have put rust penetrate in the cylinders and let it soak. So far it is still not turning. The electric starter is missing.
Tires are scrap. The front wheels have the bead damaged from being towed without tires on it. I think they can be repaired. The rear wheels are rusted through and may not be salvageable.
The steering wheel is in poor condition there are cracks and chips out of the plastic.
