There is for sale a 1989 Porsche 944 2.7l 5 speed in stone gray metallic with black leather. The car is fully equipped with ABS, power windows, door locks, sunroof, factory alarm, cold A/, power leather seats and Bluetooth player. The vehicle came with a rare factory installed rear diffuser from the S2 and turbo (it is listed on the window sticker). I have a all original manuals and window sticker The car comes with a Porsche bra and factory floor mats. . It originally came from Beverly Hills, CA. The paint and interior are in excellent condition. A few minor door dings, chips, scratches, far less than expected in a 24 year old car or a 6 year old car. The interior (non-smoker) is in excellent shape, the dash has the typical small cracks but a dash cover is installed. The car has Koni adjustable sport yellow shocks/struts. It has a spring hub turbo clutch installed in the last couple of years.It has new motor mounts(turbo), all hoses, water pump(3.0l), thermostat, temp switches, all seals except rear balance shaft and oil pan. New timing belt, balance shaft belt, accessory belt, alternator, starter, idlers, rollers, radiator, plugs, spark plug wires, cap, rotor, filters(fuel/air), gear oil(SWEPCO), power steering fluid, brake fluid. My 944 is in perfect condition, starts every time, even started after long winter, right the way. The 944 N/A are running between 6,500 and 9,000 about same condition, I'm asking the middle. If you are looking for $5,000 944 at same condition, then good luck to find. I have been in your situation, when I was looking to buy and I didn't find anything even close to original condition . Yes, I'm not mistakin, this 944 has all original condition, never paint, with all book and sticker price.
Some repair History:Repairs done to 1989 Porsche 944-All parts are factory or OEM, I used VERTEX in Miami.Last timing belt was done November 2012 at 97,500 miles, rechecked tension at 98,200.Water pump(large impeller, NEW), front seals, tensioner, rollers, all coolant hoses, all belts, coolant tank, thermostat, heater control valve, temperature senders(3), radiator, coolant tank cap, coolant flushed and replaced with Pentosin, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap/rotor, DME relay, crank position sensors, O2 sensor, fuel filter, air filter. Inspected crankcase ventilation system and checked vacuum hoses. Replaced motor mounts with 951 units. Main Cooling fan replaced due to noisy bearing. Intake and throttle body cleaning and adjustment.Repalce the oil pressure relief valve, oil pressure sending unit and the oil cooler seals when I did the head gasket. Also oil bracket gasket is done as well.January 2013-97,500 electrical and mechanical ignition switch assembly replaced, key was sticking.February 2012 at 97,000 miles, spring hub clutch kit, throw out bearing, pressure plate, clutch disk, pilot bushing, slave cylinder, torque tube bearings, gear oil changed with SWEPCO. Head gasket, and all seals except rear balance shaft and oil pan. Injectors cleaned. Starter replaced. Fuel pump replaced due to fuel smell. Brake fluid flush and replace. Vacuum lines replaced, fuel pressure dampener replaced and fuel line that fails and causes fires was replaced.July 2011 at 96,800 miles Koni sport adjustable shocks and struts installed and front a-arms replaced. Alignment. Wheel bearings repacked, checked and adjusted.January 2010-alternator replaced, brakes replaced with Jurid OEM pads. Around 96,000 miles. Sunroof seal replaced. Power steering pump and hoses replaced due to leak. Left rear inner CV joint replaced.10/2013 Replaced front passenger brake hose due the crack. (new fluid)03/2014 Replaced Sunroof gears(both sides)04/2014 Oil replaced with Mobil one 15W-60 at 101,000 miles05/2014 Rear hatch seal replaced due the leaking on top right corner06/2014 Replaced sleeves on Fuel lines08/2014 Replaced Clutch hose from master cylinder due cracks (replace fluid)08/2014 Welded exhaust pipe near catalytic converter09/16/2014 101,800 miles -- Replaced Sun roof wind deflector hinge driver side09/16/2014 101,800 miles -- Replaced Front and Rear driver side speakers03/2015 - Battery replaced04/2015 -- Oil Changed (M15W50)
