Ordered new out of Dor Porsche/Audi on Feb 2 1986 by Mr. Michael Martocci in New York City. Delivered new on March 25th of '86 with a strict request to be delivered with no sunroof or alloy wheels. This was a very uncommon request as the sunroof was a no charge option and had to be special ordered to not get the sunroof. The alloy wheels or Fuchs at the time were all the rage and without going with that option gave you the older version "Phone Dial" wheels that were very popular and standard on the 944 model. All this means nothing 12-20 years ago but in todays Porsche craze market anything that is unique and different from the others on the market will build significant value and rarity in the car.
