1987 Porsche 944s with 968 3.0 engine installed
Description
My fully completed projec, the vin belongs to a 1987 Porsche 944s body with a fully operational 1993 Porsche 968 4cly 3.0L vario-cam engine on a 1987 turbo late offset suspension with a 16 S 5 sp.ed manual transmission. NEED TO SELL MOVING TO A DIFFERENT STATE I'M NOT INTERESTED IN TRADES!!!
BODY : INTERIOR/EXTERIOR The 1987 Porsche 944s body exterior has been completely redone I have changed the front to all turbo parts fenders,hood,nose,bumper,fog lights and clear signal lens.The rear of the car is same no changes. Interior is basically all the same except for the burgundy seats they are fully power on both sides and the door panels are 968 with working speakers. The center underneath the radio has been modified with a key battery kill switch and a ignition switch for the engine. The mirrors and windows work on both sides of the doors with no automatic door lock option. The sunroof is not assembled to work needs a motor. The body all around is black no rust some scratches here and there.
SUSPENSION Front 1987 turbo late offset spindles L/R with control arms. New front rotors,pads and bearings with seals. Front oem sachs struts. Front stabilizer bar weltmeister 24mm, rebuild rack and pinion with new tie rods and a linkage knuckle intermediate shaft. Rear koni adjustable shocks, rear stabilizer bar weltmeister 22mm with adjustable drop links. All 4 piston caliper brakes all around.
ENGINE 1993 Porsche 968 4 cyl inline 3.0L vario-cam with replaced valve cover gasket, spark plugs and complete timing done a year ago from that time the car has not been driven since the engine was installed to the body. This year I worked on the completing the bodies interior and exterior. The engine starts without no problems using 15w40 non syn oil, new Meyle motor mounts replaced. New upper and lower radiator hoses. I don't know the exact mileage of the engine its around 80-90 thousand miles. ENGINE COMPRESSION READING ON ALL CYLINDERS please see pictures

RIMS - TIRES 1993 968 16'' rims oem 5 spoke, New front Milestar tires 205/55r/16, Used tires 50% 245/55r/16 OIL COOLER Replace oil separator o-rings, oil cooler housing gasket with oil cooler sleeve and seals, New aeroquip 250psi hoses with 2 X M22X1.5 10an 90deg oil cooler fittings adapters setrab.
FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM New mann fuel filter, and fuel lines going from the tank thru the fuel pump,filter and towards the engine. Fuel line kit update 2 ft aeroquip 250psi 3/8'' and 1/4'' socketless hoses with 8mm bite ring 3/8'' and 1/4'' push one adapters and heat sleeve 5/8'' x 50', fuel injection seal kit.
OTHER NEW ITEMS REPLACED Battery 79cca, custom high pressure clutch hose,power steering reservoir hoses, a/c delete bracket, alternator voltage regulator, rear 4 x 6 infinity speakers
BAD OR INCOMPLETE: cracked front windshield on the driver side, sunroof not completed needs all electric and mechanical parts with interior vinyl covers
