Description

This is a 1975 Porsche 914 with a JDM Subaru Twin Turbo (EJ20H) 2.0 and (Subaru) 5 speed transmission. This car is very fast (right around 300 BHP), weighing around 2,000 pounds, excellent balance (drives like a big go cart), smooth shifting (MR2 Shifter with Custom Linkage from Coldwater914.com) this is much better than the stock set up.
No rust on the car (the Hell hole is clean).
This car comes with antique title and license plate (these would transfer in the state of Pennsylvania).
ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN: JDM EJ20H twin turbo engine. Megasquirt ECU in factory case with factory wiring. Currently tuned at 18psi. Boost comes on late due to the TT setup. These are not currently setup sequential - but in parallel.Subaru transmission with hydraulic clutch MR2 Shifter with (Coldwater914.com) Ian's excellent custom shift linkage (Ian is an engineer who has been building custom Subaru powered parts for the 914, he's fantastic). Fifth gear does grind a bit (I rarely use fifth gear), I'm thinking it's the syncros, but I only use this fifth gear when I take it on the highway (which isn't very oftern).
SUSPENSION: 180# rear springs on Koni shocks 22mm Front torsions on 911 Carrera Boge dampers. front bushings were replaced with polygraphite (turned in a lathe - no squeaks)
Kuhmo V700 tires 205-50-15 on 15x6 Gold Enkei 92 Mesh rims. I have a set of (16x9 for the rear) big minilite wheels. (if it sells at asking price, I will included these).
MISC STUFF: Chassis rust was fixed by butt welded sheet metal.
Chassis has Engman Kit installed. Interior painted with gray anti-skid paint and partial covered with gray Perlon. Driver's seat is carbon fiber GT3 replica Passenger seat is stock.
The dash does have some cracking (see pictures) along with the passenger seat has a slight tear (see photo).
It has a 916 fiberglass front end, deleted front side markers (I think it looks better), removed the vinyl sail panel (looks better), front hood is (Plasti Dipped Black) still white under the dip, I do have the targa roof (I keep it in the garage), but I rarely use it (it stays in the garage), the front air duct is to allow the air to flow through (no lift) and the rear air opening is for the Intercooler.
I do have a set of fans for the radiator, but I never installed them (Subaru engine runs very cool and I've never needed them).
Although the carpet is out, I have it (it will come with the sale) and it can easily be reinstalled.
No radio (the radio slot has a radio delete that could be changed out).
The number meatballs are magnetic along with the Porsche emblems on the side, these both come on and off very easily (these won't be coming with the vehicle, in less the price gets near 10k).
I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere, it's fast and reliable.
You are welcome to come and see and drive the car.
I would be happy to assist with shipping the vehicle (if you choose this route).
If you have any questions or would like to see any other part of the car, please message me and I'll send you photos (but please ask early in the auction, not with in the last 24 hours).
Thanks~
