1967 or 1968 Porsche 911 Basket Case - No Reserve!
Description
Just Rescued from the Jungle!
Unfortunately…….This awesome Porsche had it's heart removed and was left outside to die! His previous owner was a very Eccentric doctor and well-respected Lawyer who, I'm assuming just didn't have time to get this great car back on the road again.
When we came across it, literally in a Jungle behind an old run-down Victorian Mansion in the suburbs of Phila…. It was a sad sight. This car had been sitting in the weeds since the 1980's. The engine and transaxle was missing and there was a huge groundhog nest under the rear of the car.
I have Listed this Porsche as either a '67 or '68 as I just don't know for sure the difference between the two years. So, If you have to have a certain year, please do your homework and make sure this is the Porsche you need.
What you see in the photos is what you are bidding on, the glass all looks good except for the edged milky windshield. There is no Engine/ trans./ or front bucket seats with this car. This is how I found the vehicle...It's a real Red Polo Porsche!
This is an Absolute Auction, meaning, I do not have a reserve or a "Buy it Now" price. Whoever is the Highest bidder at the end will win this car. Please be prepared to own this project Porsche if you are the highest bidder, as E*Bay fees are expensive, I will be able to help you with loading and coordinating shipping for you. Shipping is the buyers responsibility of course. Once this Auction is over you have 24 Hrs. to send the deposit amount of $750.00 US. You have 7 days to pay the remainder and 2-weeks to have it picked up without charge.
This vehicle is being sold "as is" with a "Bill of Sale" only. This vehicle has substantial rust issues, and is not intended for the "faint of heart". Please ask me any questions that you may have before bidding.... You are also Invited to come see Him in person.
***** P L E A S E Check with your wife before bidding on another Project car that you will never get done and don't have room for in your driveway as that's not an excuse to get out of a binding contract of sale! ***** This vehicle is located at: Rob's Rod Shop 335. W. Bristol Rd. Warminster, Pa. 18974 Questions: (215) 674-5757
