Description

This car is in nice shape and has beenwell maintained. The car has been driven less than five thousand miles in the last 5 years. I changed jobs and had to travel quite often, so I bought a tacoma to pile miles onto while my baby stayed clean in the garage. It is now time to transition into a more family friendly vehicle and make space in the garage. During my ownership I have replaced the power steering rack, pump, lines andreservoir. All of the engine gaskets from the bottom up including the head gasket, oil pan gasket, and timing belt with water pump. The front suspension has been rebuilt with new control arms, front and rearboge shocks and wheel bearings in the front. The radiator was replaced and the coolant was flushed when the oil cooler o rings were replaced. Most of thismaintenance was done early in my ownership and there are more items I am leaving out. However, within the last 6 months the muffler (dansk full stainless), starter (bosch OE), front brake pads (paged), cross drilled rotors (zimmerman), and coolantreservoir (OE) were all replaced.
The car will need a few things to be considered perfect. The driver seat is in pretty rough shape. The dash has a few small cracks. The odometer does not work. The driver fog light lens is cracked. The driver rear quarter panel has a dent. The oil cooler return line is dripping oil (quarter size spot.) There is a small coolant leak near the back of the engine, probably a hose. I just noticed this the other day and have not dug into it. The paint is in good shape but has a couple overspray spots, but from 10 feet away looks great.
I will include all of the extra parts I have collected over the past 15 years including both of the OE oil cooler lines ($1000) and a used OE turbocharger ($3000.) I have a ton of other odds and ends. I have all of the records that can be included with the sale as well.
Please send me any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer with 100% honesty. The car could be driven within around 60 miles, but would be best to trailer it long distances before you have amechanic check everything out. I am located in thecentral midwest so shipping will be very easy. Listing locally so seller holds the right to end this auction early.
