Porsche 911 1980 Targa SC Fuch rims NO RESERVE Work of Art owned since 04

As-Is. The one thing I guarantee is that I'm not taking the best dad award. Explaining to my 8 year old son that the 911 I purchased in 2004 currently being auctioned is a sad difficult (no tears from either of us) conversation. I'm selling the vehicle for the family and plans we'd like to accomplish. Wish I could keep it and do both, but, ...that's not in the cards. So, to cut to the chase;
The car is in great condition, I will respond to anyone's request and forward additional photos and videos. I've taken really good care of her. Never in rain or snow. Garage kept under a Porsche cover for 15 years. Targa top is excellent condition and will upload a photo soon. Gauges- Druck, Oil, Fuel, Rpm, OEL, etc, work properly. Trying to get a good underneath photo uploaded.I reserve the right to end the sale for any reason at anytime. 1st time listed since I purchased the vehicle in January 2004.The odometer is not working. 77688, and I've put approximately 1500 miles on or less over the years. We drove it to a car show this year, won the Rotary's Choice Award out of 110 vehicles.List of the issues besides the above:1. Driver's side bottom seat seams unraveled, and has been altered but looks good.2. heat exchangers probably need to be replaced.3. A/C is not working, but fan controls work4. Parking brakes needs adjustment or repair5. V belt needs adjustment I believe6. Leaks about one drop of oil approximately every 2-3 weeks in the garage7. If not started regularly, she'll idle rough for a minute. Think is perhaps vacuum related. Otherwise she idles and drives great.8. Not the original steering wheel9. Upgraded radio10. Photos included represent the exterior imperfections. Below passenger headlight light, knick in hood and passenger door, crack in driver's rear tail light reflector.11. The passenger Fuch rim has a dime sized bubble within the clear epoxy. I did not want to mess with it, but it's barely noticeable.12. The cigarette ashtray is missing, and the cigarette lighter is not working.13. No rear seat belts
