Dallas Motorsports is pleased to offer this exceptional 1974 914-6, the conversion was completed by an experienced 914 race car driver that was seeking the perfect blend of performance and style for the street. From the full leather interior to the German square weave carpet, no detail was over looked. Both subtle and obvious enhancements to the original version can be seen and felt. A carefully selected rust free chassis began this labor of love.Steel flares butt welded look amazing, with paint quality to match. A few minor chips from some select road travel make this car the most honest and entertaining 914-6 for any discriminating collector.
This 914-6 is powered by a 911 Carrera 3.2 liter engine, with factory 10.3 compression and a true EFI fuel injection system, a 20/21 Web Cam, chipped ECM, B&B SS headers with heat and 1 3/4 primaries, Rally 2 in / 2 out muffler, were the only modifications necessary to achieve optimal performance. In addiction, an auxiliary Mocal oil cooler with thermostat and fan were added under the rear of the the car to ensure this car can handle any driving environment. The engine does feature a mount for a A/C compressor but no compressor was ever installed. 
Currently the car sits on almost new Michelin Pilot tires with 964 Porsche style wheels, a set of 16" x 8/7 Fuchs wheels are available, call to discuss addition cost. The interior features a Getty 5 gauge dash, fiberglass door panels, Blaupunkt stereo that is NOS 1973 or close, with upgraded sound system to go with additional sound deadening through out. Aluminum cross member, 20mm (turbo 911) front sway bar and stock 914 in the rear, 19mm 911 torsion bars, 150 lb springs on coil over adjustable rear shocks, Boxster brakes with functioning parking brak, stainless steel fuel lines through the cabin, 901 side shift, LSD, billet intermediate plat, all as like new.
