Unique opportunity for a heavily prepped and fresh 1987 Porsche Turbo track car with thousands in mods and upgrades. The base car is a 1987 Porsche Turbo with 87k miles in excellent condition. The engine was extensively upgraded with a Lindsey Racing Super 75 turbo system which generates an estimated 380 HP at 20 psi boost and 100 octane fuel, propelling the 944 to an estimated 175 MPH+ top speed (easily re-mapped for pump fuel). Everything in this package has been upgraded including intake, fuel injection, ported heads, solid lifters, race valve springs, rebuilt trans, cam shafts, Lindsey performance software, and much more for power and reliability. The engine components have been visually upgraded with fresh polishing, powdercoating, hoses, wires, lines, etc. The car was most recently serviced and fine tuned by the experts at Automotive Techniques in Novi, Michigan. The interior has been similarly refreshed with a Recaro Pole Position racing seat, race harness and Momo steering wheel with quick release. The wheels and tires are new and the suspension has been upgraded with adjustable coilovers all around. Cosmetically the car is pristine with no rust anywhere.
This 944 has only been used at a handful of track events in the past 4 years and is fresh and is ready to go for the person looking for a turnkey, totally tuned, race-prepped track-day or autocross car.
