Porsche 1964 356 SC Coupe Dolphin Gray with Green Interior

Description

This Karmann-bodied coupe was restored in the early 1990’s and has traveled about 15,000

miles since. It was bare-metal repainted the unique factory color of Dolphin Gray which

has a green tint and is a perfect complement to the new distinctive green leatherette

interior with German square-weave carpet and rubber floor mats.

The car is fitted with several desirable accessories including original chrome wheels, Nardi

wood steering wheel, original Blaupunkt radio, NOS Hella 128 fog lamps, seat belts and rare

oil pressure gauge.The car has the European bumper configuration without the chrome

U.S. overriders and the rear reflectors mounted under the bumper, rather than above.

A genuine SC car, it now runs engine 810237 which is a correct SC engine within 600 digits of

the original engine 810857. The engine has been built for superior performance with a

“big-bore kit.”Dellorto carburetors and sport exhaust.Koni shocks, a thick, 19mm front sway

bar, and an optional compensator spring were installed for improved handling characteristics.
