The car is all original with the only exception being the aftermarket radio, but the Factory radio is available for the car. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. 1. The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

2. We require a deposit of $1500 within 2 business days after the end of auction. There is an immediate deposit of $500.00 on all vehicle which is non-refundable unless car is not as described. We accept credit cards, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks (must clear before release of vehicle). The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed.

3. Seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle thru pictures and written descriptions. It is on the buyer to verify the condition of the car. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1500 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.

All winning bidders are require to pay a $100.00 documentation fee, a state inventory fee which is .001699% of the sale price, and a dealer administration fee of $149.00
