Exterior
1973 Carrera RSR Tribute based on a 1989 Carrera
Steel turbo flares front and rear, no rust in car.
Fiberglass hood, deck lid and front/rear valance

245/50/16 rear new last summer, 205/55/16 front put on 3 years ago
H4 conversion headlights and rear 3ed brake light kept, European rear signal lens
Front end rebuild kit purchased and installed in summer 2016
Paint is very nice with typical small chips on hood/valance from usage. I just had the rear flairs repainted due to chips because I regularly take the car on 600 KM round trips to a summer cottage. I have the vinyl pieces for the rear flairs not installed yet
Interior

Period 1989 Blaupunkt Cancun stereo, power mirrors/windows, leather seats and sunroof
Control module rebuilt and chipped 2 years ago greatly improving performance, severalexpensive relays replaced until I figured it out
No cracks or chips in glass. Want more pictures ……ask.
Mechanical
Brakes, clutch, transmission, exhaust and engine all in excellent running condition. All four Bilstein shocks insalled within last 2 years
Engine was out and torn down 4 years ago at approximately 140K, crank shaft replaced, valves, oil tubes etc done at the time but not the pistons or barrels which were in excellent shape. Clutch done at 133K miles now 148K miles on the car and it is a Stock 3.2 engine with G50 transmission.
I have used this as a driver not a garage queen and it has never let me down. It was a USA car until I purchased 6 years previous so speedometer is MPH. The car had a clean Carfax when purchased at 133K miles and has not been damaged while in my ownership. Very well maintained and runs excellent. It is not super clean as it is in winter storage (Canada) and front spare tire area looks like it is rusty, it is not, just surface. I have the carpet for the front trunk. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country. IF you are looking for original this is not it, proper RSR conversionmaking it more of a hot rod 911.
