1976 ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SHADOW - LONG WHEEL BASE
Description
1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow - 42,963 Miles - Long Wheel Base
Can anyone out there tell me if it's a Silver Wraith?
This car is going to the highest bidder in "As Is" condition.
Car runs well but can not be driven due to one frozen caliper on left front wheel.
The 82 year old gentleman told me he just put $4,000.00 into brake work before parking the car for the winter. His big mistake was to put his new cars in the garage and leave the Rolls outside. It was always garaged up to September 2016.
Hasn't been driven in 7 to 8 months.
The layover probably caused the caliper to freeze.
If I can manage to free it up and make it able to be driven I will update this ad.
Otherwise, you will need to tow it out.
By leaving it outdoors and due to age the paint is very weak and cracking in spots.
Interior wood needs some attention and driver sear can use some blue shoe polish.
Fuel gauge is inoperable.
Good tires - new battery.
I was told it drove fine when he parked it.
No leaks, smoking, misfire are evident.
Located in North Bellmore, NY if you wish to preview it and hear it run.
Any questions call and ask for Mike at 516-228-1016 - please speak clearly if leaving a message.
