VIDEO OF THE COBRA!

What you are looking at is a Midstates/ Shell Valley Cobra, one of the only manufactures that builds their kits from the ground up, starting from their chassis. Shell Valley Cobra perfected the art of the Cobra; they have been in business for over 20 years. They not only specialize in 427 Cobra's, they have a whole line up of replica kits (Roadster, Jag, Daytona, Cheetah and even a Jeep replica). This simply confirms that this is a company knows what they are doing and will continue for many years to come.
About the car.
The interior: A lot of attention went into the interior. Inside, it's all business with a twist of modernism. Clean instrument panel wrapped on carbon fiber vinyl materialwith double stitched border for an elegant and sporty look.Carefully stitched diamond patterns suede in the tunnel walls and lateral trim panels give this Cobra uniqueness. The seats are two tone, notice the black part of the seats. It is carbon fiber vinyl, same material used on the dash. The seat cushions is perforated suede and although different materials where used to wrap the seats, careful consideration was taken in order to maintain the original stitching pattern typically seen in Cobras today. Some things just look better left original. The T5 transmission is manhandled by the 427 top loader shifter knob (decorative) which was meant to keep the same original look of the real Cobra. The steering wheel is wrapped in leather and it has the proper volume that allows your hands to fully grip to give confidence when turning. You can keep your eye on rear traffic simply by looking to the center of the windshield. The rear view mirror is elegantly sustained on a center rod, giving it the float like appearance and at the same time making the adjustment and functionality of the mirror a breeze. When you sit down in this bad boy adjust the seat using the hidden lever to activate the seat track toget you to a comfortable reach. Feel free to strap yourself using the over-your-shoulders straps that are conveniently located clipped onthe X-member on the roll bar. Now you can cruise even on those cold nights without worry; just crank the heater and enjoy the ride.
The engine: The engine was recently service by a professional, all fluids were checked and changed. The carburetor was tuned, spark plugs were changed and cap and rotor replaced. A ford 302 carburetor is ready for someone to put the pedal to the metal. This cobra is loud enough for you to be noticed but yet subtle enough for people who just want to cruise while holding a conversation without interruption of the sound of the exhausts. For those of you who are wondering, this beast of an engine is typically seen in a 1989 ford Mustang. Feeding this thirsty power plant is a 650 cfm Edelbrok carburetor. It is brought to life by an MSD box with an 8580 MSD distributor and coil.
Exterior: On this Classic Roadsters replica the fiberglass is beautifully laid with immaculate prep that allows admiring the satin grey paint. All the details are correct, from the sexy curves of the fenders to the classic look of the chrome quick-jacks to the chrome roll bar and LeMans-style filler cap. This cobra has a touchof race to it. The builder wanted a look that could tie in the daily driving aspect of it but at the same time have the poise of a track car on the streets. The sponsor logos are balance so there is no too much going on, allowing anyone to admire the curves and sexy appeal this Cobra has. The stripes racing down the side fenders scream out for attention and give this cobra the final touch of finesse. Looking at this Cobra from the front is almost scary, from the tripod vintage headlights to the perfectly spaced security screws on the hood and scoop which trulyallows you toappreciate the work and quality of materials used to put thisCobra together. Its aggressivecarbon fiver vinylstripes add the proper dose of aggression that can be seen from a mile away.
Wheels & Suspension: An aggressive stance that can only be obtained by 17x8 pin drive wheels wrapped on 245x45x17on the front and17x11 pindrive wheelswrapped with 315x35x17on the rear. This Cobra it is elegantly sustained ona 4 link suspension with fully adjustable front and rear coil-overs.Its the only way to ensure this Cobra handles properly with the grip these tires will provide.
