You have an unusual opportunity to own a Studebaker - 1950 Champion Regal Deluxe Convertible, fully restored and the exterior is the rarely seen and very desirable “Black Cherry”. The car comes stock with its original engine and transmission plus a custom tan interior. There were only 9,362 convertibles made in 1950 and there are not many of these convertibles are left. My car is rust free car, runs very well and looks outstanding including soft top, undercarriage and no-flaw interior with good tires (see pictures). I have clear title. I am downsizing and have little space for my Studebaker.
Bob Bourke's “Bullet Nose” design is prized today and was manufactured for only 2 years with 1950 being the first year. I have been the proud 2nd owner of my Champion convertible for the past 12 years and have kept it garaged and seldom driven. The car was purchased restored from the estate of Geraldine Pieper (who was a member of the Western Wheels and Dakotas Chapter of Studebaker Clubs). With this stylish "Looker", you'll have pride in ownership, a great "Father's Day" fun ride and parade/homecoming ready.
It has been meticulously maintained by Master Mechanic Tommy Myers at Studebaker Restoration Ltd. Long Beach, CA and can be currently seen there on Saturday June 1 from 10a to 11a. (Serious buyers, please)
