Description
Here is a real gem this 79 Subaru DL Wagon is really cool it's a one owner car 93279 Mi I heard about the car through your friend has spent the last 20 years in the garage after the little old lady passed away the kids left her small house set untouched for 20 years finally when they started to clean out the place so they could sell the property they decided to try to start the car bad idea it had sent so long that the valves were seized so when they try to turn the motor over they've been a couple of pushrods anyway when I got the car home I pulled a head symptom to the head shop to be redone so the whole top end of the motor is new rebuilt carburetor new fuel pump had to pull the gas tank clean it fuel gauge float was stuck it cleaned up and is working well the tires have 50% or more life left in them left front wheel center cap is missing the seats and carpet have always been covered up and being has never had to sit in the sun there are near perfect shape the padded Dash has a couple of cracks the body has a couple of little old marks on it when on the liftgate has a dent in it I know the paintless dent repair guy can roll out without a doubt there's a small rust spot on the right front fender lower Edge looks to me like when they drill the holes for the mud flap and left beam metal showing would not be too costly to repair but would need small patch welded and in paint Blended or just leave it alone you hardly notice it the left Fender is okay the rest of the car is rust free original factory paint and Stripes the clear coat on the roof and center of hood has clouded a little but still cleans up well when wax no flaking or peeling the hood on the front edge of the Subaru emblem has a little ding I believe wood repair paint less as well top off left Fender has two small spots on hardtop hard to see right fender on top of marker light has a few small chips hard to spot as well this car drives great the rack and pinion steering makes this little front wheel drive great this little AC automatic 4-cylinder might not be the fastest but long way from slow when you put your foot in it it will run 70 miles per hour down the highway with no problems lots of fun to drive this car is just the way I got it I did the mechanical work has not been vacuum washer detailed thanks for looking good luck in Bedding any questions please feel free to email serious bidders only $500 deposit upon ending of auction again thanks!!
