Thank you for your question.
The vehicle is not equipped with a timing belt. The engine is a timing chain driven motor. This item does not need to be serviced. the water looks like it was replaced recently.

The vehicle does not have power steering.
The vehicle does have power brakes.
The vehicle is equipped with A/C. The A/C Compressor however is seized and needs replacement
The vehicle does have steering wheel tilt
The vehicle does not have cruise control.
The vehicle does have a sliding back window.
The heat works
The vehicle does not have the rear seats, however there are mounting holes for seats to be reinstalled.
I do not see any leaks or drips. There are no marks on the ground beneath where it is parked. I will try to get pictures of the undercarriage.
