1993 Subaru Impreza
Description
This is possibly the LOWEST MILE Impreza of this generation you will find in the United States! It was kept as a second car in FL and has No Rust issues at all. It also has arguably one of the best engines Subaru has ever put out, in the 1.8L 4cyl and is non-interference meaning it won't ruin your engine should timing belt ever go. Simply replace your belt, not your engine! Very low maintenance and easy to work on. Exterior paint I would rate as overall good. Some normal dings, scratches and wear you would expect w/ this age. Clear coat and color on front bumper had faded so I tried to match best I could but it's off a bit. You can order proper color on line for about $20 dollars. All doors including hatch, open and close like new. Engine compartment is spotless. Interior is beautiful and feels like you stepped back in time! All original OEM floor mats still, radio etc. It will need some minor odds and ends but runs, drives 100%. Radio is iffy w/ some static and intermittent. Most would upgrade to newer standards but I like how it's all original. A/C has been converted from R12 to 134a but it's not blowing cold. Compressor kicks on and off perfect so it's not that. You may want to address next spring or summer since fall is around the corner and most cars loose partial charge over winter anyway. It has newer tires and muffler but needs flange kit gasket on exhaust pipe. It has power windows, power locks and driver airbag. This would make a great commuter car that averages 30+ mpg and last a lifetime if you take care of it. It's not a rusted out junker w/ 180,000 miles for $2,500. Like any car of this age it will be sold As-Is, no warranty expressed or implied.
