SUPER CLEAN 1992 Toyota Pickup. 76,902 miles. 5-Speed. 22R. Tacoma 2WD

This is an extremely clean 1992 Toyota Pickup with 76,902 original miles. This was strictly a personal use vehicle, and it has never been in an accident. All of the paint is original, and is super glossy, bright and clean. We don’t often see these original Toyota Pickups anymore, especially in this condition. This one is just as nice as they come and is totally original - inside and out. The only non-original items are the newer Corolla hubcaps and stereo, otherwise this Truck is exactly as it rolled off the showroom floor.

We acquired this Toyota from the original owner in San Jose California in April 2017. A car aficionado and friend of mine couldn't resist purchasing it from us at that time due to its originality, cleanliness and provenance. He has purchased a number of vehicles from us over the years but this was more emotional purchase than practical need, and this Truck sat in his garage for the past year having been driven less than 450 additional miles. This Pickup is equipped with the 22R-E 4-cylinder engine, which runs perfectly. This engine has absolutely legendary reliability with extremely minimal maintenance. It is undoubtedly the best 4-cylinder engine ever made by any manufacturer, and one of the best production engines ever. The five-speed transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering is nice and tight. The owner installed a set of Uniroyal tires recently, which are showing most of their tread and the brakes are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and air filter were replaced last week. This Toyota is ready to go, and should provide reliable service for many, many years to come.

The exterior of this Truck is in fantastic condition. The White paint is super clean and glossy over the entire body. The only flaw is a small bumped spot behind the right corner of the rear bumper. Otherwise, there aren’t any dents, scratches or body damage on this Truck. Both of the bumpers and associated trim pieces are in excellent condition. Most importantly, there isn’t a single spot of body rust at all - not on the lower rockers or pinch welds, not inside any of the wheel wells or openings, not on the bed anywhere, and not on the bottoms of the doors.The frame is not rusty or damaged, and the undercarriage is a little dirty but in terrific condition as can be seen in the photos below.

The interior is crisp, clean, and as close to new as I think one can find in an equivalent vehicle. The seats and floor are in perfect condition without any wear spots or other damage. All of the interior trim and dash and door panels are tight, intact and in perfect condition. There aren’t any cracks or fading of the dash pad, door panels etc, because this Truck was garaged when not in use. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks.

The vehicle history report is clean without any accident or damage history. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is a beautiful looking Pickup that I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive anywhere.
