1965 Toyota FJ45 "Crew Cab"
Description
Selling my 1965 Toyota FJ45 Crew Cab. This started out life as a FJ45LV, and we love classic crew cabs, so we cut off the back of the cab and welded on the back of a regular FJ45 cab to make this into a crew cab. Now, I know that the LV is a crazy rare truck I also know that to the land cruiser purist we have committed a cardinal, unforgivable sin, punishable by death. So, if you're going to send me a message, expounding what a terrible thing I have done, let me save you some time... I don't care! The fab work is almost complete, need a little more welding where the window meets the cab and on the roof. The rust is pretty nasty on this truck, the worst being the fenders and the hood so I already bought a new hood and fenders for it. The floor panels in the front both need replacing, the rears are still solid. The truck is sitting on the original frame, it is a good roller. Easy to steer. Sitting in the engine bay is a gm 350 and a manual 4 speed, but it does not run at the moment. It was running when I first bought it, 3 years ago. This is a big project, but an awesome one. Any other pictures you may want or need feel free to ask.
