1969 FJ40
Toyota launched the FJ40 series utility vehicle in 1960, with official importation to the U.S. beginning in 1963. The FJ went out of production in 1983.
Originally owned in Montana by 2 brothers, and sold to a neighbor/enthusiast who repainted and used as a daily. I purchased from him 4-5yrs ago and upgraded breaks, added bumper and winch, tuned engine, steering adjusted for safety.
This has been a real joy to own - capable in all weather and conditions, and can be dependable as a daily driver. Removable top. Maintained with 1 experienced mechanic. Hate to depart with this, but selling to consolidate vehicles.
