I bought In 2009 At Auctio, ,was in Winston SalemThe Owner Had A collection Of Over 100 Vehicles, He Had Deceased
Originally This Truck Was the Parts Runner Truck for the HONDA dealer of winston Salem Nc
Its Got the LOUD Bicentenial themed Red White And Blue accent, , Painted Not a deca, , on hood and sides Done very well though,It is what it is !Very Patriotic !
in 1989 Hurricane Hugo Came Through and Damaged the roof of the truc, I dont know all the detail, ,but thats why the roof is off .was not made topless on for no reason,,It Was short Wheel Based Advertising truck For the Zimmer Motor Van Co,Cant find Much Info on them eithe, But it has Their Graphics the Body and the Tail gat, ( which is present but not attached )I started making a removable top for i, But never Drove it with it on( it comes with)i drove it on nice days only
All i do now is start it a couple time a yea, It stays garaged all the time no, least its out of the elements
When i bought it i had it flat bedded to CharlotteGot it runnin, drove it sparingl,
Never Got a Title With i, ,No Title Never Tried to be honesti was going t, ,, My Feeling is maybe you can maybe you cant
The fact it had no title didnt keep me from purchasing i, , but that's just me .
Always thought i would Have the time to fully go over it but never hav, just sits in the garagewill be a dandy truck,,,, for the right person ..
Pluses are,from north carolinaNice Rust free original Conditio, never wrecked, some surface rust from sittin, ,Engine runs nic, low milesNeeds hoses and belts replaced,they may be originaltire, battery muffler,, Tail pipe( i have one to install)
The good thing is that it is mostly complete Missing one wiper arm, carpet, i took it out because, i wanted to see nice orignal painted floor, never bothered me, and origina, Not Mickey moused with , Just needs some TLC
Dont plan on driving it hom, ,WILL need a good going over to be road worthy due to age
