1977 Toyota Celica GT complete unrestored
Description
This Celica is complete and ready for restoration! I didn't want to make a novel of this listing so I shot a walk-around video that gives a good thorough rundown of the car and all I know about it.
Copy and paste this link inyour search bar to view the video:https://youtu.be/KBK29cnsLqIOr, search youtube for "1977 red celica walk around" and it should be the first video that comes up.
I bought this car out of NE Arkansas and have been storing it for a winter project. That time may not come for me, so I want to give the car a chance to be enjoyed by someone else.
Summery of key points:~clean Arkansas title with BOS ready to transfer.~I have the original key and several spare keys for it.~car has lived its whole life in Missouri and Arkansas to my knowledge.~No signs of major accidents that I can find evidence of.~Some body work repairs, and a few dents (detailed in pictures and in video)~some rust (pictured) on body and hood. undercarriage has no significant rust, or signs of damage~Red paint is original, passenger front panel was replaced with a yellow panel and painted red at some point.~missing passenger headlight bezel~engine turns over smooth, oil isn't contaminated and it has 155-160PSI compression in all cylinders (pics at end of vid)~transmission shifts and shifter isn't sloppy.~ODO shows 66k miles, I don't know if that's original or if it has been rolled over.~all glass is good, except a rock chip in windshield (in video)~car rolls fine, I haven't tried stopping it with the brake pedal for fear of them sticking.~tires are old, but have a lot of tread. One had a leak at the bead, seems to be holding as of now.~I was told the carb was a reman bought from Autozone shortly before the car was parked (5ish years ago)
If you're interested please feel free to message me with any questions! As far as shipping, I can deliver the car a few 100 miles in any direction from AR, so please contact me for a shipping quote. If you're on a coast (or 1,000's of miles from me), I don't think I would be competitive with uship- but it doesn't hurt to ask!
