1988 Toyota SR5 4x4 Tacoma Pickup Extended Cab Low Miles AC and Cruise No Res!

Rare 1988 Toyota Extended Cab SR5 4x4 Pickup. This truck only has 97,000 miles on it and it shows! Even has the factory owners manual, window sticker, window sale price, and dealer option paperwork. It's loaded with about every option and dealer accessory that you could get in 88. It has the 3.0L V6, Auto trans, 4x4, manual lockup hubs, factory alloy wheels, chrome package, cruise control (still works), split bench seat, rear sliding window, AC, body side moulding, and carpeted interior! The body is in very good condition without the typical Toyota rot. There are a few dings and scrapes here and there to be expected but nothing major. The only rust on the body anywhere is on the inside tailgate lip which was a poor design to trap water. With the tailgate closed, you can barely tell. The paint still shines really nice when waxed. The clear coat is a little thin in spots but overall it's a really sharp truck! Factory vinyl graphics are all in tact and in good shape. The frame is very solid. Factory new it was all undercoated, rustproofed, and soundproofed by the dealer (see options list). Over the course of it's life, the undercoating has been touched up as well. Even the inside of the frame rails are really clean. Inside the bed was always protected and is like new. The front valance is a little twisted by the tow hook and the rear bumper is missing an end cap.
Mechanically, the truck is in very good condition too. The trans shifts well, it drives straight, and runs strong. 4x4 goes in and out easily. Cruise control works, ac blows cold (and has been converted to R134). I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Fly in and drive home if you want! The only thing intermittent is the fuel gauge. It sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. Probably just the ground on the tank. The tires are brand new all terrains and the factory Aluminum alloy wheels still shine nicely! Has the factory tire change kit and jack.
Bottom line is, this is a really clean old truck that get's a ton of compliments.
