ORIGINAL OWNER ENTIRELY ORIGINAL & NEVER MODIFIED ADULT OWNED AND BABIED ONLY 72,606 MILES FROM NEW WINDOW STICKER, MANUALS, RECEIPTS, ALWAYS DEALER SERVICED AND GARAGE-KEPT EXCELLENT ORIGINAL PAINT & INTERIOR, BLACK ON TAN 3.0L 2JZ-GTE TWIN-TURBO / 6-SPEED MANUAL REMOVABLE SPORT ROOF VIN: JT2JA82J9R0012014 Purchased new by an attorney in Chicago, this fantastic ‘94 Supra Twin-Turbo 6spd has remained in Chicago’s north suburbs ever since. Unlike many of these cars that were once owned by speed-junkies or boy-racers, this Supra has been responsibly owned and cared for since new, having never been modified or damaged, and always dealer serviced. The car will come with phenomenal documentation, including every service record since the car was new (only major service was a clutch 20k miles ago), as well as the manuals, and even the original window sticker. As it sits now, this Twin-Turbo 6spd Supra is an honest, no-stories, extremely well-preserved and original example in need of nothing other than a new owner to use and enjoy it. Having put some miles on it, we completely understand the recent explosion in the value of these cars. It is just a truly excellent, well-rounded package. Sophisticated, powerful, elegant, comfortable, and rock solid. Buy with confidence, this is one seriously special example. Exterior: - Please see the video along with the listing, as the car is shown in detail. Blemishes are all shown close-up, though there are few. Blemishes include a few touched-up chips, a scratch on the driver’s quarter, and a couple little dings on the lower nose panel. - This car still retains its original paint, as confirmed with a paint gauge. The elcometer shows readings of 3.4 to 3.8 on every panel except the hood, which reads between 8.5 and 10.5, though the owner has never had it painted. Paint presents extremely well throughout. Show-worthy for sure. As shown in the video, a couple very minor blemishes consistent with 72k careful miles, but overall, beautiful condition. No significant signs of age or wear. - Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free. Lights and signals are all functional. Glass is original throughout. Body panels all wear their matching VIN tags. - Original wheels are in excellent shape. No curb rash. Wheel wear is minimal. Michelin Pilot Sport tires were new in 2014 and remain in great shape. Tire wear is pretty much negligible. Interior: - We love the interior layout of these cars, with all of the controls perfectly placed for the driver’s convenience, somewhat out of reach of the passenger. Please defer to the photos and video for a good look at interior condition, but it is very impressive throughout. This is a car that very rarely had passengers in it. The driver’s outer bolster has some wear from getting in and out of the car, but aside from that, seats are excellent. Passenger’s seat is in close-to-new condition, as are the rear seats. Beige carpeting is very nice, with no noteworthy stains, discoloring, or fraying. Original black floormats are in nice shape and will come with the car as well. “Sport roof” is removable and fits in the rear cargo area, and the car will come with the appropriate tool for removing the roof, as well as the original Toyota tool set. - Dash is excellent. Not scuffed up or scratched like we often see on these black plastic dash faces. Door panels and sills are very nice, driver’s window switches just show some wear, likely from a ring worn by the owner. Original radio is functional. Air conditioning blows cold. Heat and fan are functional. Seat power adjusts are functional. Interior lights are all functional. Everything works. While the cigarette lighter isn’t present in the dash photos, we do have it. This car has never been smoked in. Gauges are all functional, no warning lights. Odometer reading of 72,606 is known to be accurate, based on service records and known history from new. The owner actually kept every oil change receipt since new; it’s great to see such a high level of documentation. Mechanical / Underbody: - Please take a look through the underbody photos, as the car is documented in detail. This car looks good underneath, especially considering it has been in Illinois since new. Granted, it was only driven during the summer months. There is oxidation on original suspension components, nothing really noteworthy. No damage. - The car runs and drives beautifully. Truly no tendencies or noises of concern. It starts right up first turn, idles quiet and steady, pulls HARD through the gears, shifts smoothly, has great clutch feel, and the ride quality is outstanding. An excellent GT car. Comfortable, fast, and the build quality is evident the second you sit in the car. No shakes, rattles, pulling under acceleration/braking, wandering at speed, etc. An extremely well-sorted, confidence-inspiring driver that is sure to make the next owner very happy.
