Description

1957 Triumph TR3
This TR3 has been taken 100% apart and restored.
The engine runs like a top and the car is a great driver.
The body was taken off the frame and put on a rotisserie for restoration.
The body was done by Jazz Auto Body in Stanton.
The body was a nice CA body to start with.
Every nut and bolt along with applicable brackets and hardware were Cad plated
The frame was stripped along with all the suspension and drive train.
Then the frame, rear end housing, suspension part, backing plates,rotors,drums,drive shaft and all related brackets and parts were powder coated.
A full suspension rebuild kit was used including every bushing, every seal,Trunnion Assembly,shocks.

The front calipers were stripped and rebuilt using new pistons and seals.
The rear brakes have new wheel cylinders and shoes. All the related hardware and parts were cad plated.
All new flexible brake hoses and hard line was used.
All the hubs were cad plated and new bearings were used in every axle.
All the engine and head work were done at Vellios Machine shop in Redondo Beach CA
The engine was fully disassembled.
The block was hot tanked and checked .
A full rebuild was done including new piston, new push rods,new oil pump,new bearings,new rings and all other related
parts you would put into a full rebuild.
The head was fully stripped and a magnaflux was done.
Then the head was machined and completely rebuilt using new valves and springs .
The carburetors were sent to Jaguar specialist Richard Jenkins in Georgia.
They were fully rebuilt using complete genuine SU carb kits.
The intake manifold, exhaust manifold and thermostat housing were all professionally coated with a high heat treatment.
A new stainless exhaust system was installed including muffler.

The cockpit capping was done in high end Mercedes leather.
The seats, door panel, and rear panel are all leather and professionally made not from a kit .
The carpet is high end and was professionally made to fit not from a kit.
The heater was rebuilt
This Tr3 has the ultra rare adjustable steering wheel
all the chrome has been done. The fender chrome strips still have the black plastic protection on it.
I opted for no side curtains or lift a dots on the doors or dash. Those options can be easily be added per your taste
and the position of those are lightly marked
