1970 Triumph Spitfire

Runs and drives great. I Purchased this car in March 2014 as a father/son project from a gentleman who spent a lot of time and effort restoring it, but the engine had dropped a valve and needed to be overhauled. We rebuilt the engine, installed a new camshaft, all new pistons, all new bearings, new hoses, water pump, reconditioned the radiator, new gas tank, and many other parts replaced to get it running. Driven for less than 500 miles. Comes with soft top in very good condition (in pictures, top was raised for pictures but not secured in place). Engine starts right up and runs good. Many spare parts including transmission, hard top (not fitted that I am aware of nor painted) spare light covers and miscellaneous parts. Son is going to college so time to sell the spitfire and let someone else enjoy it and take it to the next level. Car is for sale locally and reserve right to end auction if sold locally.
