This 1976 example is one of the last models produced and is finished in a rare and fetching shade of Tahiti Blue. The paintwork shows very nicely and has an even finish. The little bit of patina on the paintwork and bright trim is very tasteful and adds to the all original charm. Tahiti blue was only offered for the last year of production and numbers are limited. All original chrome trim is accounted for and shines nicely. The car's interior is finished in a nice tan color and is in excellent ...shape. There is no visible wear and everything seems to be functioning properly. Even the wooden dash is in great shape with no fading or cracks. The black soft top is in great shape doesn't leak and folds away easily. The car fires right up pulls well and sounds strong. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch has good bite. The upmarket TR6 came with a lot of standard features including full instrumentation a walnut-veneer fascia a leather wrapped steering wheel and dual exhaust. This TR6 has the minilite style alloy wheels power brakes wood gear knob an upgraded Pertronix ignition optional factory hardtop and more. With lots of paperwork and history this three owner low mile TR6 is one of the nicest ones we've seen and the rare color really raises the desirability factor.
