1955 Triumph tr2

Description

1955 Triumph TR2 fairly complete vehicle it rolls and steers just fine. It has the rare adjustable steering wheel option. The engine and transmission are out of the car, the engine is disassembled and is missing some parts it has newer pistons and sleeves the block does have an old repair on it. It is believed to be the original block. It comes with two gearboxes. The front floors and sills will need repaired. The trunk spare tire area and frame appear very solid. The doors are in excellent condition the front apron is also straight and solid.It is missing the right side inner fender it was cut off at some point by the previous owner who thought he was going to turn it into a hot rod and put a big motor in it. Luckily that’s where he stopped and only attacked the inner fenders it was than put in storage for over 30 years. I have replacement glass for the gauges and it comes with a clear Arizona title . These do not come along very often. It is obviously a project but one that is worth doing. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
