Description

Upfor auction is a project 1973 Triumph TR6. She's a project but pretty much all there as seen in the photos. This was a car mybrother boughtbut due to family issues he needs to pass her along. Was bought as a project but since his ownership she now runs and drive.Fairlypriced given what these cars are going for on eBay.
:The car runs and drives around my house and up / down the driveway. Recent new clutch disk, new pressure plate, new release bearing, new clutch master cylinder and new clutch slave cylinder. Fresh service with new points, plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap, rotor button, oil change, oil filter and new air filters. Also, the carburetors where service, gas tank cleaned / flushed and a new battery installed. Starts right up with no issues, noises or smoke. Note: the clutch system might need to be "bleed" out again as I think its not as firm as as one would expect for a new clutch system. Just being honest as possible.Note: The exhaust system is in good shape and is of the originaltypebut the car does come with a complete duel"Monza" exhaust system as well.Gauges:All gauges are correct are correct "Smith" brand but none are hooked up at this time.Electrical System: Car was disassembled for restoration then put back together for the auction. So all lights and switches will need to be reconnected.
Exterior:Car sits evenly and squarely on the ground with no visible signs of leaning or sagging ( judge for your self ). Decent chrome bumpers. Pretty much what you see is what you get. Body work was started but not finished.Interior:Its what you see in the photos. Nothing more nothing less.Trunk:As seen in the photos the trunk is rock solid. Note; Frame is dirty put looks solid. Passenger floor looks good and the drivers side is solid but has had repairs.Shipping:If you need to have the car shipped to your location here in the states you can get a fast and free online quote from Able Auto Transport at: http://www.ableautotransport.com/Overseas Bidders:Yes The auction is open to overseas bidders and if you need to ship overseas try Schumacher Cargo Logisticsshipping for fast free quotes ( http://www.schumachercargo.com/ ).In Closing:The abovedescriptionis my observations and opinions and they very from person to person so ask all questions prior to bidding. If I have missed anything in the cars description it was not my intention so please ask for as much detail as you need to make an informed decision on the car prior to bidding.I'm not an expert and my opinion ofthe car may vary from yours so please look at the photos closely and if you need more information or if you need extra photos please ask prior to bidding. I know how hard it is to purchase a car online so please ask any and all questions you have prior to bidding or if you can come see and drive the car for yourself ( I really encourage you to do so ) as I want the winning bidder to be satisfied with the car when it arrives. One should expect paint chips / scratches and paint fade as seen in the photos. Again, this is a project car. Due to the cars age and having no way to warranty the carI'm selling her"as is" and mileageexempt.A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auctions end.
