1974 TVR 2500M Sport Coupe

Founded in Blackpool England by Trevor Wilkinson, TVR is one of several great Britishcottage-industry car companies introducedion the late 1940's. TVR cars have al;most always been known for being fast, rowdy and loud. The 2500M series was the pinnacle model with the newlydesigned andstrengthened framework. These classics are very rare, and seldom found in this "wonderful condition". This TVR has the English chrome bumpers and correct leather interior finishes. Thisparticular TVR has certainly lived a "charmed" life... being professionally restored and then being upgraded and maintained year after year. It's been a winner at many English Sports Car Shows, and carefully taken care of along the way. Recent upgrades include the following:New ClutchNew Clutch Master CylinderNew Spark Plugs and WiringNew Ignition Rotor and CapNew Thermostat and Water PumpValve adjustment w/many seals & gaskets replacedCoolant flush, Oil & Filter this past month.Take note of the Matching Racing Mirrors, and the terrific Leather wrapped Mota Lita steering wheel. The paint looks "wet"....no flaws or blemishes. These TVR's are coming into their own, on the British Sports Car scene. Their values have risen each and every year, and are now finding enthusiasts who once thought that only buying Healeys, Morgans, MG's and Triumphs....was their only option. No longer. Thesecars start, shift and runfast andsmoothly ...tight and handling is terrific. Not to many of these 2500M's on the market today...if you check out Ebay and Hemmings, you'll find the Tuscans, Vixens and Granturas.... and their prices are skyrocketing each year.This example has 90% of it's miles logged before it's restoration. New owner can continue it's pampered lifestyle, or drive it and enjoy it's head-turninglooks and wonderful performance. Either way, this classic will be worth much more money down the road. Investment counselors will tell you: "When buying Classic cars for investment"...only buy "The Best car available".... no need to put extra money into it, and it will appreciate in value every year.I'm a private collector, and this is my 2nd TVR....
