The Triumph had been owned by a long time British Car enthusiast that had used the "GT6" sparingly over the years. Always garage stored and has not been on the road since 2008. Engine was rebuilt in 2006. It will run on starting fluid.

Mechanicallythe Triumph will need a bit of work to be a reliable driver. The previous owner rebuilt the engine in 2006. The records show a receipt from Moss Motors for the following parts:
Piston ringsTiming chainRear Main SealHead Gasket Set
Other work that was performed included Brake Master Cylinder and Brake Booster, Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder. Front suspension was also gone through with new ball joints and springs as shown in the pictures. The engine will run on starting fluid and the aftermarket oil pressure gauge shows good oil pressure when cranking the engine. Both the Clutch and Brake Master Cylinder's are working.
TheInterioris in excellent condition and shows very little wear. The seats are in great condition with no rips or tears. Both door panels are in very nice condition as well. The carpet is in excellent condition showing very little wear. The door panels are in nice shape. The dash is in good condition with the exception of 1 very small crack.
The body is in good original condition as shown in the pictures. It was originally "Magenta Red" which can be seen in the engine compartment picture. It was repainted many years ago and should be repainted again. The body shows very little rust however there are plenty chips/flaking and minor scratches. There is minor damage to the left front fender near the headlight. The rocker panels appear to be original and still retain the original factory seams. The floor pan and frame are all in very good original condition. The trunk and hatch back area are all in excellent condition. The rear quarter panel seams are both in excellent condition with no rust or rust bubbles.
ONCE AGAIN....A LOW RESERVE AUCTION!
