'67 Triumph Herald 1200 Convertible
Description
I'm selling my Triumph Herald 1200 convertible at no reserve to make room for a new project. This is a nice very original car with some nice upgrades and one re-paint in it's original British Racing Green color. The paint has very good appearance and is good driver quality with no damage or major imperfections. The car has upgrades of front disc brakes(Spitfire), AccuSpark electronic distributor, new fuel pump, new tires, new exhaust 2 years ago, recent clutch re-placement and has just had oil/filter replacement. It's ready to drive and enjoy and should need nothing other than possibly a new top. The top is in great condition other than the quarter window on the driver side which is separating where it meets the top vinyl at the bottom edge. The interior is original except for new carpeting. The originalseats do have a couple of splits in the vinyl which I used a clear patch tape on. The mileageshowing is 39,176 and is probably higher due to broken speedo cable several years ago. I would guess the mileage to be less than 50,000 but the title will show 'not actual'. The original jack/tools and spare tire are included in the trunk. The car is rust-free and runs and drives great! It comes as shown in the pictures with the original owner's handbook, original Dealer Brochure, repair manual and an 8 X 10 black & white glossy of the Beatles in a Triumph Herald promotional in 1965! Thanks for looking and Good Luck Bidding!
