1965 VW BUG WITH 1600CC DUAL PORT
Description
This little White Lighting 1965 VW Bug loves everyone and it wants your love too. I just spent over $2,000 having a 1600 cc dual port installed by Doug's Bugs and Bunnies in Arizona. The good, the bad, and the ugly I've listed below. It was never owned by a celebrity but you'll look super cool when you drive it! Please don't bid unless you plan on owning it, it'll cry if you hurt it's feelings.
The GOOD:The tires are excellent and the spare has the nipples on it.The rims were painted when the tires were removed. The 1600 just installed a week ago for over $2,000 and I haven't even driven the car 50 miles yet.Potential, potential, potential!Has A/C if you roll down the windows and drive real fast.Has heat and yes it works.Runs and drives and shifts fine.New door panels.Wipers and lights work.I have a box of new parts consisting of speedo cable, points, rotor, condenser, spark plugs
The BAD:Probably could use wheel bearings. No stereo
The UGLY:Shhh if you can't say something nice don't say it at all. So I'll whisper. It appears it had astereo but the hole is cut larger than normal.Someone placed some dumb switch above thestereo so you'll need to fill is in or mount something over it.A little rust on the bumpers. The fenders and hood have bumps and bruises, yup it looks great 50 yards away. The front seats are high backsNo headliner. It isn't lowered with sweet rims on it.
If you have any questions just ask. I'll assist with shipping if you are using a transport company.
